When it comes to fighting in hockey, we all love to see it, but it's beginning to become more and more rare in the hockey world.
While a fight is becoming rare to see, a bench brawl is almost non-existent. Except, in this Division 3 Women's World Championship game, we saw both teams clear their benches for a fight:
19 players were given 25 minute penalties while Romania also was assessed a 20 minute penalty for abuse of officials. Of course with the tournament being over it means nothing, but we'll see if the IIHF assesses suspensions for further tournaments.
