A trade has occurred tonight between two Western Conference teams that has brought Corey Perry's replacement to Chicago.

Multiple insiders have confirmed that the Chicago Blackhawks have acquired Anthony Beauvillier from the Vancouver Canucks.
Hearing Vancouver is trading Anthony Beauvillier to Chicago
The return heading back to Vancouver will be a 5th-round pick and salary cap flexibility.
Beauvillier traded to Chicago for a 5th. Cap flexibility for the Canucks.
The Canucks can now give one of their several AHL players having a strong season an opportunity to earn ice-time at the NHL level. For the Blackhawks they get a versatile forward with upside who is hungry to prove his worth to replace Corey Perry.
