BREAKING: Kraken Forward Rushed To The Hospital Following Scary Skate Blade Accident
Seattle Kraken forward Jordan Eberle was rushed to an area hospital this morning after his leg was inadvertently cut by a teammates skate at practice.
Eberle Taken To Seattle Hospital
The Kraken Announced on X today that Jordan Eberle was taken to a local hospital as a precaution following a scary incident in which his leg was cut by a skate during practice.
The team called up forwards Shane Wright and Ryan Winterton to replace Eberle. It sounds like the veteran forward will not be out long-term but will likely miss at least a couple games as he recovers from the deep laceration.
This incident comes just over a week after the tragic passing of Adam Johnson, who was also cut by a skate. Now the NHL and other leagues around the world are taking new measures to ensure player safety.
