BREAKING: Logan Couture's NHL Career May Officially Be Over
San Jose Sharks captain may officially be done in the NHL after some tragic news has been confirmed.
Couture's Career On The Brink Of Ending
It has been revealed that Logan Couture of the San Jose Sharks may have his career end prematurely after he took a turn for the worse during his injury rehabilitation.
Logan Couture said he had an injury setback in October where he wasn't sure if he would be able to play again.
There is still no official timeline for his return.
Couture has played in over 900 NHL games, all with the Sharks, and has scored exactly 700 points. At 34 years old, there is a solid chance that Couture is never able to recover.
He has four years left on his current contract and if he retires, his contract will go on the LTIR while Couture pursues his post-playing endeavors.
