Tonight the Tampa Bay Lightning are hosting the Edmonton Oilers in a battle between two offensive powerhouses.
In the second period, everyone's favourite player Evander Kane would suffer a gruesome injury as his wrist get sliced open by Pat Maroons skate blade.
Kane takes a hit and falls to the while and from the look of the video, Pat Maroon accidentally skates across his wrist. There is an instant pool of blood you can see on the ice and Kane gets up quickly and skates to the bench screaming as he holds his wrist.
Let's hope this isn't more serious than it looks.
