Sadly the Seattle Kraken have announced that fan favourite Brandon Tanev has suffered a serious injury that will end his season for the Kraken. Tanev has apparently suffered a season ending ACL injury.
Teammate Yanni Gourde shared the following thoughts about Tanev:
"I don't think there's a single guy who can replace Brandon Tanev."
"Injuries happen. We're going to have to do a little bit more, bring your energy level a little bit more, your emotion level a little bit higher, every single night."
Tanev suffered the injury on December 18th against the Edmonton Oilers.
