When Johnny Gaudreau turned down an offer from the Calgary Flames that was much higher than he got in Columbus, Calgary fans and residents have been a little angry with his decision, and yesterday a news Anchor by the name of Andrew Brown took a shot at Johnny while he was live on the air:
And that's the news for now. I'll be back here at 11, unless a news station in Columbus offers me way less money. Then I'll probably go do that.
While he was obviously joking about the offer, the Columbus based Fox News broadcast decided to add onto the joke and they offered to make Brown the official Johnny Gaudreau correspondent, for exactly what he wanted ''way less money''.
Last night Brown even joined the crew on air to joke about the comment and offer.
We appreciate seeing people making jokes out of this situation and comments instead of taking it to heart and getting offended.
