Ryan Reaves Continues To Disrespect Corey Perry
As the Blackhawks pulled off an upset victory over Toronto Monday night, a story line other than the final score has taken attention away from the actual game. Ryan Reaves and Corey Perry seem to be feuding and that is what everyone is focusing on.
Reaves: "I Never Really Liked Him"
Reaves was asked about his confrontations with Perry at practice this morning. He had some choice words for the veteran forward.
"I never really liked him, to be honest. We always seem to run into each other when we play against each other, but not a lot of love for that guy."
Reaves continued, pointing out once again that Perry talks the talk, but can't walk the walk.
"Just the way he runs his mouth, I don't know. He kind of acts tough. He's not tough."
Reaves insisted that Perry would never drop the gloves with him, implying that he is to scared to fight.
Reaves certainly seems to have brought a different attitude to this Leafs team, or at least he's found a way to change up what is being talked about in Toronto. He has already gotten into multiple fights although his on-ice results haven't been great as a whole.
