Recently, NHLtraderumor.com released an article revealing a rumor that the Boston Bruins are targeting San Jose Sharks forward Anthony Duclair.
Duclair has been a top-six forward with plenty of teams in the past but has been struggling with the Sharks thus far. To get him a change of scenery could help kickstart his production and an entire team's offense.
The rumor is also backed up by Fluto Shinzawa of The Athletic.
Given how Duclair has struggled this season, scoring only 7 goals, 6 assists, and 13 points through 32 games this year, he would be moved to Boston at a reduced rate.
The speedy winger could wind up in Boston for as little as a late-round pick which is excellent value for somebody who put up 31 goals only two years ago.
Playing alongside a playmaker like David Pastrnak or Brad Marchand, Duclair could return to form and get back to scoring goals like this.
