Team Germany player ejected for hit to the head of one of this year's top draft prospects

Team Canada faced off against Team Germany today in World Juniors action. The first two days had already seen two players ejected and now we've seen a 3rd.
During the 2nd period Rayan Bettahar of Team Germany delivered a huge hit to the head of top prospect Adam Fantilli. As Fantilli cuts to the middle of the ice, Bettahar cuts across delivering a huge hit.
On the play Bettahar received a 5 minute major for an illegal hit to the head and 2 minutes for roughing.
