The FIRST Philadelphia Flyers player John Tortorella called was ..... not who you think
John Tortorella just recently had his first press conference as the Flyers new head coach and you can tell he is very excited and passionate about getting to coach the Philadelphia Flyers this season.
Something that you can say hardly happens, happened, and he had a lot of things to say to the media today.
One huge topic he spoke on though was his interest in Kevin Hayes. Hayes was the first player that Tortorella spoke to after getting his new position and he believes there is a lot of potential that is yet to be tapped with this player.
I'm anxious to work with Kevin, he's one I want to talk to right away. He's a huge piece to this organization

The 30 year old center only got into 48 games last season and scored 31 points. Do you believe he is still capable of more? Torts sure does!
